A Psychic Communication From Your Unborn Baby?

20 April 2010

Today, I have a guest who dictated my blog for me.
Please welcome this not yet born baby!

Hi Mom,

I asked Sandy to write this because I can’t write yet but I really want to let you know what I need so I can come into this world as healthy as possible! Please listen to her and follow her advice because that is what I’m telling her to write. I chose her because she didn’t have all this information when she had her five babies and she knows that she would love to have known it so she could have been better prepared. Fortunately, all of her babies turned out fine. Her youngest is almost 49 years old and some of these needs were not even known back then, in the dark ages.

So, now for my message to you!

First, I need you to prepare for me before you ever think of conceiving me. It is easier to correct DNA or major nutritional deficiencies before getting pregnant. Sandy wrote a blog about pre-puberty and puberty nutrition that is the best place to start, but don’t worry, if you are past that, the same thing applies even now and it is even more important. Also, once you know that you want me, or even that it is possible that I could be coming along, it would be good to add some extras of these special nutrients for good measure. Even if you haven’t planned for me right now, it would still be wise to make sure that your body is ready for me, just in case!

Here are the extras and why.
It is good to increase your entire B Complex, Calcium, and Omega 3 intake to be at least at if not a bit higher than the recommended amounts.

The B complex helps to be sure that you have plenty of folic acid to prevent neural tube defects.
The calcium helps to prevent depletion of your own calcium while providing enough for me.
The omega 3, (actually all 7 are better than just the omega 3) helps to insure that as soon as I am conceived, there is sufficient to provide all I need for brain and eye health.

Also, I need to be protected from all kinds of environmental toxins even though I seem to be well insulated from the outside world. There are some studies that showed that if you drink fluoridated water while you are carrying me, I could have a lower IQ!aUsing commercial cleaners that have toxic chemicals can let them into your blood and then you can pass them on to me! That is true even for some of the commercial cleaning products that claim to be green or biodegradable. Take a look at Sandy’s post about that too. There are all kinds of toxins that are best kept away from you while you could possibly conceive and carry me or another child, but I digress. Back to the nutrition part.

Unfortunately, virtually all prenatal vitamins simply don’t have enough of the nutrients I need to give me the best chance. They are almost always low in calcium, and don’t have all of the nutrients in good measure. They almost never have all 25 nutrients, but they do have enough Folic Acid. I need more than that and I need it in a form that isn’t just some test tube concoction. You would, ideally get my vitamins from a true food based supplement. I wish you could get all you need just from the foods you eat, but even if you have the most ideal diet, the food values are not always there in full measure and remember, you are eating for me too now. It is really impossible to get the nutrition for both of us from food without gaining a whooooole lot of weight!

Here is a generic list of the kinds of nutrients I really need for you to have while I’m developing and why.

Multivitamin/multimineral- Because most of us do not get all the nutrients we need from diet alone – AND – a well balanced multivitamin/multi-mineral supplement is nutrition insurance for what we don’t get from our diet.

B-Complex - Because B vitamins, especially folic acid, have been shown to help prevent birth defects – AND – most women don’t get all the B vitamins they need from their diet.

Vitamin C Complex – Because vitamin C can protect you and your baby from colds & infections – AND – many women do not get enough vitamin C from their diet.

Vitamin E Complex – Because vitamin E helps protect cell membranes during development – AND – many women do not get enough vitamin E in their diets.

Omega-3 Complex – Because DHA, which is found in Shaklee’s Omega-3 Complex, is important for neural and visual development.

Advanced Beta Carotene – Because we need 5 to 9 servings of fruits and veggies a day many people find this kind of diet difficult to maintain.

Iron – Because your needs for iron increase dramatically – AND – it’s almost impossible to get the iron you need from diet alone.

Pro-Biotics – Because they build up the mother’s stores of friendly bacteria, which are picked up by the baby as it moves through the birth canal, thus reducing the risk of Candida infection.

Soy or Whey Protein – Because you need more protein than it is possible to get from diet alone- BUT – you don’t need more fat and cholesterol.

Absorbable Calcium – Because you need extra calcium so that your baby can have healthy bones – AND – because cow’s milk and cheese does not give you the absorbable calcium you need.

If you want to see the specific ones that Sandy would use if she were having me, then please click on this link and she will tell you.

Sandy, this is a great post and everyone should know this information. So many are ignorant to these facts. Your guest is a blast! Babies really know what is going on before they burst into the world. I too am into health and nutrition and ate a regimented diet long ago when I was pregnant. I also played “Rossini” a lot and when my daughter came to the world, she would turn her head when Rossini was playing. She never had a sweet tooth, Her first words were “broc” for steamed broccoli and “Coli” for steamed cauliflower. People thought it was weird, but I knew the truth.

Thanks so much Donna. I really do wish I had this info 55 years ago when my first child was born. Fortunately all were pretty healthy but we did have some challenges for some in the early years.

I’ll be sure to pass on your comments to my guest! LOL

Wonderful use of a shift in perspective to give oomph to the reality of under-representation! Preconception and postpartum health are also just totally missing subject matter from the consciousness of our culture. Blogs like yours are a great move forward.
