Is this true liquid vitamins have the best absorption?
In theory only! If a product is properly formulated and is using the most appropriate way to deliver the nutrients to the cells of the body, then absorption is not a consideration. It is formulated to be absorbed. A correctly formulated tablet supplement will stand the test of blood analysis to determine that it is indeed showing up in the blood cells.
Conversely, a liquid vitamin that has not been properly formulated to insure absorption may not deliver the goods. Liquid doesn’t automatically equate to a good delivery system. In fact, some nutrients are better absorbed in parts of the intestinal tract than in the stomach.
A liquid multivitamin product must either leave out the Vitamin C and Calcium, or it must use a preservative such as BHT that has been shown to be harmful to our bodies. Vitamin C and Calcium will not remain stable in a liquid form without the preservative.
In order to make the liquid palatable, most companies load theirs up with either toxic artificial sweeteners, or with several kinds of sugars which just add to the empty calorie load. A scientifically formulated liquid vitamin will not have the Vitamin C and Calcium, and will use very few natural food sugars for palatability.

Hello Owen, I’m not sure how your comment actually relates to the post, but it has been our experience and that of many scientific researchers that is is rare for a woman to need HRT if she keeps her nutriton up at optimal levels.
That is what we teach women to do and it has been amazingly effective.
Thank you for checking our blog.
