How much difference is there really in what nutrients are needed for women vs for men?

Both women and men need a vitamin product that performs important functions such as slowing the aging process, strengthening the immune system, increasing energy levels and supporting the balance of hormones.

Women usually need more calcium and more iron and there are some herbals that are more often used by women than men.   Also, there are specialized needs at different stages of a man’s or a  woman’s life, such as puberty, pregnency, lactation all the way through post menopause.  Too often, multi vitamins that specifically  target men or target women are simply not balanced and complete and almost by definition will be lacking or low in certain nutrients.
